She has an extensive professional and academic career in the area of public opinion and communications, as well as in public policy and organization. Previously, she was Director of the Direction of Social Studies of the Institute of Sociology of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC), and General Manager and Partner-Director of Tironi y Asociados.
