Since 2014 he has held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Between the years 2010 and 2014 Francisco was Dean of Undergraduate Studies. Previously, he was director of The Diario Financiero.
He teaches the History of Economic Thought course for undergraduate students.
