Munira Halal es Ingeniero Comercial (2012) Master of Science in Marketing (2013) de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, destacada como la mejor alumna de la generación con el Premio Pedro Ibáñez Ojeda en la UAI así como por el Colegio de Ingenieros (2013) y posteriormente como Mejor Profesora de Marketing en la Escuela de Negocios UAI los años 2021, 2022, 2023 y 2024.

Cuenta con una sólida experiencia en retail y consumo masivo en empresas multinacionales como Mars, trabajando con marcas líderes en su categoría: Pedigree, Whiskas, M&M’s, Snickers y Skittles. Su experiencia ejecutiva se centra en la administración de marcas, ejecución y desarrollo de categorías las áreas de Customer Marketing y Category Management, junto con procesos y relaciones colaborativas desde el área de Supply Chain, siempre con un foco omnicanal. Experiencia liderando proyectos para distintos mercados como EEUU, Reino Unido, Brasil, Argentina entre otros. Cuenta también con certificaciones en e-Commerce, Design Thinking, Negocios Sustentables, Negociación, Category Management y Enseñanza en Educación Superior. 

Desde 2025 es la Directora de Ingeniería Comercial en la Escuela de Negocios UAI y también se desempeña como Profesora del área de Marketing, dictando cátedras de Fundamentos de Marketing, Category Management, Pricing y Market Research tanto en Pregrado como en Magister de Postgrado.  Participa en CEMS Local Office como Corporate Relations Manager y también como Profesora Guía de proyectos de título del Master en Marketing y CEMS Master in International Management, desarrollando consultorías para grandes empresas como Procter&Gamble, L'Oréal, Starbucks, Mercado Libre y Siemens Healthineers.  Adicionalmente, realiza consultorías de Pricing y participa como Mentora de emprendedores en Mentores de Impacto.
 

Munira Halal holds a degree in Business Administration (2012) and a Master of Science in Marketing (2013) from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She was recognized as the top student of her graduating class with the Pedro Ibáñez Ojeda Award at UAI, as well as by the Chilean College of Engineers (2013). She was later awarded Best Marketing Professor at UAI Business School in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

 She has solid professional experience in retail and fast-moving consumer goods, having worked at multinational companies such as Mars with category-leading brands including Pedigree, Whiskas, M&M’s, Snickers, and Skittles. Her executive experience focuses on brand management, execution, and category development in the areas of Customer Marketing and Category Management, as well as collaborative processes and relationships within Supply Chain, always with an omnichannel perspective. Experienced in leading projects across multiple markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Argentina, among others. She also holds certifications in e-Commerce, Design Thinking, Sustainable Business, Negotiation, Category Management and Teaching in Higher Education.

Since 2025, she has served as Director of Business Administration at UAI Business School and as Professor of Marketing, teaching courses in Marketing Fundamentals, Category Management, Pricing, and Market Research at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She is part of the CEMS Local Office as Corporate Relations Manager and also acts as Academic Advisor for thesis projects in the Master in Marketing and the CEMS Master in International Management, developing consulting projects for leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, Starbucks, Mercado Libre, and Siemens Healthineers. Additionally, she provides Pricing consulting services and serves as a mentor for entrepreneurs at Mentores de Impacto.
