Assistant Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez’s School of Government and Director of the Masters in Economics and Public Policy. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and a master’s degree in Economics from Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been an Economics Research Fellow at NYU’s Furman Center, and a researcher at Universidad Alberto Hurtado’s Social Observatory (OSUAH). He currently is an adjunct Researcher at COES. His research focuses on the application of data science tools to public issues such as access to education in urban areas and the analysis of determinants of traffic accidents.
