Intensive Spanish Program

The courses use a communicative approach that allows students to develop the four language skills (listening comprehension, reading, speaking, and writing) in an integrated manner. Learning is contextualized through the geography, history, and culture of Chile, allowing students to gain an authentic view of the country that enriches their language experience.

• Spanish level test (oral and written) prior to the start of the program.
• Complete teaching materials.
• Access to the institutional digital platform.
• Weekly cultural activities (visits to Valparaíso, vineyards, museums, local markets).
• Pronunciation and conversation workshops.
• Official certificate of participation detailing the level achieved and hours completed.
• Access to university facilities (library, sports areas, study spaces).
• Support from the International Relations team.

Optional services

• Transportation service to/from Santiago International Airport (at an additional cost).
• Volunteer program in local organizations in Viña del Mar and Valparaíso.
• Additional excursions (Casablanca Valley, Isla Negra, Santiago) at an additional cost.
