Admission process
Our admission process consists of six stages designed to support you from your first contact until the start of classes.
Information request
Contact Caroline Cortés ([email protected]) to request information about the program you are interested in.
Placement test
Online or in person, free of charge. It assesses listening comprehension, reading, written expression, and an oral interview, to place you at the appropriate CEFR level.
Enrollment
Complete the enrollment form and submit the required documentation.
Course or program selection
Depending on the selected program, you will be able to choose your courses during the enrollment process using the same form.
Payment
Make the payment via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your registration for the course or program.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations, to be valid, must be sent in writing to [email protected] and confirmed as received.
- Cancellations sent 45 days before the program start date will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations sent between 15 and 45 days before the program start date will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total program cost.
- Cancellations sent less than 15 days before the program start date are non-refundable.
- Force majeure cases will be evaluated individually.
Program start date: is considered to be the date of the first day of classes of the program, the orientation day, or any pre-program activity.
