Currently, the MBA Exchange students are received at:
The MBA International Program is a one-year full-time program consisting in six modules. The first five modules contain core courses and the last one contains elective courses. Exchange students can attend to any of the modules and take any courses provided that they are not restrictive. There is no minimum academic workload or academic credit required but is expected that exchange students do not take less than 4 courses per term.
Courses are taught in Spanish and all of them are imparted at Peñalolén Campus, in Santiago
The applicant must be currently studying a MBA program at an Institution the UAI has an in-force exchange agreement with.
No minimum courses or credits are required to enroll but exchange students are expected to take a reasonable course workload no less than 4 courses, that enable him/her to take the most from the exchange experience and meet the enough credits towards the MBA degree. Normally, one 30-hours course is equivalent to 30 UAI credits (one hour, one credit) Nevertheless, the course elections should be submitted to the program for approval prior prerequisite review.
Students from partner universities are exempted from paying tuition or academic fees for their educational exchange period at the UAI.
MBA students interested in participating in the exchange program but their university have exceeded exchange spots, or whose universities do not have an exchange agreement with UAI, may attend an academic period as cross- study program students provided they are approved by their Home Universities, paying for each MBA IP course cost (reference value 2014: a 30-hour course cost: US $ 1,230. Value may change).
